My sister sent me this (knowing I have a little crush on Jimmy Fallon).  Thank You Notes are just quick one-liners from his show.  It cracked me up.  Here is a funny one from the book:
"Thank you horseradish, for being neither a radish nor of a horse.  What you are is a liar food.  (I'm looking at you, too, Grape Nuts.)

I know a lot of people groan over meatloaf, but it is one of my favorite meals.  I add an egg and breadcrumbs and tons of garlic powder to the chopped meat, make a loaf and then cover it with sliced onions and a can of tomato sauce.  Oven at 375 degrees for an hour.  Yum.  I love sandwiches the next day with lots of ketchup!!
