I have to give credit to my friend Mary Beth for this recipe. My kids would eat this at her house and beg me for it. Very easy! My son loves it with ham, so I usually make 2 or make it 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 ham.
Pepperoni Bread
1 package supermarket dough
1/2 package pre-sliced pepperoni (or ham)
1/4 lb. sliced American cheese (or any kind you prefer)
Take dough out of refrigerator and sit for 20 minutes. Roll, or stretch out to roughly 10"x12". Layer pepperoni and cheese, so that it looks like the stripes on the American flag. Roll up and brush with olive oil, some garlic powder and a lot of salt. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Slice and serve. Mmm.
