This book has some amazing photographs captured for Rolling Stone Magazine over the years. My family enjoyed looking through it together, my husband and I needed to explain to kids who many of the people were. It was fun to see people as we remembered them during the height of their career (Madonna) and those who have really ruined theirs (Mel Gibson).

Are you gearing up for St. Patrick's Day? We celebrated ours a little early by having corned beef and cabbage tonight. It is the easiest thing in the world for those of you who have never tried it! Buy the beef, stick it in a big pot of water and let it cook for 3 1/2 hours. For the cabbage, I like mine with a ton of butter, salt and pepper in a frying pan (with sliced onions) for about 15 minutes. And the potatoes I peel, boil and mix with butter and dill. EASY and delicious.
