Defending Jacob by William Landay is a courtroom drama that will make you gasp at several different points.  Crime dramas are not my usual pick, but my bookclub chose this book and I'm glad they did.  That is the best part about being in a bookclub; you read things you would never normally pick up.

I bought some delicious goat cheese at the farmer's market and decided to bake it inside of bread.  I bought dough at the store, rolled it out, made stripes of goat cheese and roasted red peppers, rolled it up, brushed it with olive oil and sprinkled some salt and garlic powder on top.  375 degrees for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.  Cool a little, slice and serve!
